Service Agreement

TechMedix Core is free and open source under the AGPL — you may self-host and use it at no cost. Paid Managed and Enterprise plans are optional and provided on a per-agreement basis; any active service agreement may be cancelled with 30 days written notice. Open-source use carries no subscription obligation.

Limitation of Liability

BlackCat Robotics provides predictive diagnostics as a tool to assist operators. We are not liable for robot failures or damages arising from reliance on AI-generated diagnostics.

BlackCat Robotics targets 99% diagnostic platform uptime measured monthly. Downtime credits applied automatically for any breach.

Predictive Alert Lead Time

TechMedix targets a 48-hour minimum lead time for actionable failure alerts. Reviewed quarterly and reported to all Managed and Enterprise customers.

Technician Dispatch

Priority Dispatch customers: guaranteed on-site within 4 hours. Standard accounts: best-effort averaging under 2 hours.

Support Response

Core: community, best-effort. Managed: Slack + phone, 4h. Enterprise: dedicated manager, 1h.
